Danish Entrepreneurs Win Business Competition in Bangkok

 

 

The Danish startup company Immeasure recently won the international business competition "The mai Bangkok Business Challenge" in Bangkok, Thailand. With the prestigious award was also a cash prize of 10,000$.

"The mai Bangkok Business Challenge" has existed in Thailand since 2002 where the competition was launched in order to promote and encourage the entrepreneurial spirit among students in Asia. The competition opened for international contenders in 2008 which the Danish entrepreneur-team Immeasure took advantage of in February 2009.

Immeasure has invented a technology to measure the concentration of protein. The solution can be used in various fields such as research, production of pharmaceuticals and diagnosing. Diagnosing diseases is currently the main focus where the technology will be able to save time and money and in some cases even lives.

It is not the first time Immeasure is being awarded for their solution. Immeasure recently won the Copenhagen finals in Venture Cup in December 08.

With the prize Immeasure shows how Danish innovation can lead the way internationally.
