InVitroQInVitroQ from Aarhus University won this year's Venture Cup Life Science & Medtech competition and the first prize of 50,000DKK!

At the same time they have an experienced team, access to technology and a good business plan" says Stephan Christgau, Investment Director at Novo Seeds and a member of Venture Cup's jury.

Venture Cup Services 2010 was judged by a group of business professionals from our Venture Cup Jury:

Sidsel Hauge (Awapatent), Stephan Christgau (Novo Seeds), Thomas Kledal (Inagen), Claus Hviid Christensen (Haldor Topsøe), Troels Balmer Christensen (Novozymes) & Leif Helth Jensen (Cat Science).

"It is fantastic! After intense collaboration we can now finally launch InVitroQ, and winning this is an enormous stamp of approval. Now the real work starts!" says the team behind InVitroQ.

Tine Thygesen, Managing Director of Venture Cup, proudly concludes: "The level in this year's Venture Cup has been impressive. Not only has the number of business plans received been the highest ever - the quality has also been exceptional. The fact that we at Venture Cup have been able to reach all parts of the country and gather so many ambitious entrepreneurial ideas sends a strong signal about a great potential being present at the Danish universities."
