kkloud from Aarhus University won this year's Venture Cup Software competition and the first prize of 50,000DKK!

kkloud has developed a new way to share files directly through the internet browser, and which allows for uploading and downloading of large files to take place simultaneously.

"kkloud solves a problem which everybody working with big files recognize: it is difficult and time consuming to share these files quick and efficient online. SEED Capital has as investor a natural interest for companies exactly like kkloud which has a huge growth potential through simple solutions for a potential large customer base. The jury is particularly pleased with the fact that they have already launched a product that works and have a growing number of users, even at this early stage of establishing the company" says Niels Vejrup Carlsen, Investment Manager at SEED Capital and a member of Venture Cup's jury.
