	Tommy is a serial entrepreneur, best known for the social networking and mobile backup site ZYB, which was sold to Vodafone for nearly $50m in May 2008. Before founding ZYB, Ahlers spent six years in strategy and management, partly in the mobile industry. He was previously with McKinsey & Company for more than four years, where he served as an engagement manager working with mobile operators to shape their strategies.	Nikolaj is an accomplished Internet Entrepreneur and open source advocate who has spent the last 10 years pushing the forefront of Internet infrastructure projects through commercial ventures or community activity. Before joining the Sunstone team, he was the CEO of Polar Rose, which he joined as a seed investor in 2006. Nikolaj has founded several technology companies and is founding investor and board member of CloudMade, Epista A/S and Neo Technology AB, and co-organizer of the Reboot conference.
